Troy United Methodist Church (soon to be a Global Methodist Church) seeks a recent graduate who senses God’s call to modern worship leadership through the local church to be our new Director of Modern Worship. Troy’s modern worship ministry is a healthy and thriving ministry including many band members, vocalists and tech team members in lights, media, video, and sound.

If you love Jesus, feel called to serve his Church, work well with others, are comfortable leading bands and vocalists, and are humble in heart, this job is for you!

Troy, Illinois is a 10,000+ bedroom community of the broader Metro East area of the greater St. Louis region. Our church offers two worship services with two different styles of music in two separate spaces. Our weekly in-person attendance is approximately 400 people with 200-300 more engaged online. This is an ideal community to settle in for many years!
